Ina Sue and Ruth Ellen have a nice visit. It rained pretty much all night but was clearing off by the time we went to church on Sunday.  I'm still teaching the youth Sunday school class.  I thought this morning's lesson was particularly interesting.  After church we were invited to Daryl Brubaker's for lunch along with Carl Heatwoles and Randy Ocker's.  Ms. Sharon fixed us a delicious dinner of sarmales, mashed potatoes, a mixed vegetable platter and other sundry goodies.  We had a nice time visiting then still got home in time for naps.  In the evening we had Ralph Dickersons over for supper and the evening.  Since we are on our new schedule now, we do not have services on the third Sunday evening.  We had broccoli soup, biscuits, salad, and rhubarb dessert with ice cream.  A nice time to reconnecting with Ralphs.   The children all love Ralph!
While Serena reads the children from "Curious George". Monday was very ordinary.  Ina Sue kept the children and did laundry.  She was able to get it all folded, ironed and put away by the time I got home from work.  It was a beautiful day.  It looks like Spring is just about here.  For supper Ina Sue fixed us Pork BarBQ over rice with field peas.  A nice evening at home.
Our little tool man is ready to work. I got up and made us pancakes for breakfast on Tuesday then headed off to work.  Ina Sue said she felt so tired today.  She did odds and ends and a little scrap booking.  I am still trying to catch up  and manage the service work at the shop with Hendrick still at Heritage Bible School.  This evening I counted 36 computers setting on the shelf waiting for work when I left....  Thankfully, when I leave the shop I can come home to a peaceful home with a loving wife and children.  What a blessing!  For supper Ina Sue fixed us chicken divan and a fresh relish tray.  After supper I made up a batch of mozzarella cheese.  The wife and children are big fans of my cheese.
A very nice evening with Ms. Ashley. I was throwing up sick Wednesday morning.  Unfortunately I did not think there was any way I could stay home from work with Hendrick being gone and with us being so far behind.  By 8:30 I had pretty much ejected everything from my system anyway so I went ahead and went in to work.  A miserable day but I did make some headway against the backlog.  Ina Sue spent much of the morning getting our finances caught up.  In the evening Ina Sue took Carolina Sue along with her to prayer meeting while I stayed home with Landon & Savannah.  After they got home and we got everyone bedded down, I went back in to work until about 4:30.  This schedule is killing me...
Reading the "Paraphrased Epistles" I slept in until about 8:00 on Thursday then rushed to get ready for work.  Benita Hege & Gwen Amstutz came over at 10:00 to share tea with Ina Sue and to help plan a tea party for Leigh Wood.  Leigh has been the midwife in Bamberg for a very long time and has helped to deliver a very good percentage of the population in our church over the years.  She is semi-retiring and the ladies wanted to show their appreciation for her years of service.  In the evening we had Ashley Sanders over for a supper of chicken alfredo over pasta, cauliflower & carrots, and a salad.  After supper we played games and talked until after 12:00.  We love Ms. Ashley.
Ready for the ski slopes... It is hard to believe another week has flown by.  Ina Sue started on the cleaning Friday morning while I left for work.  In the evening Ina Sue brought the children in to the office for me to keep them while she had a back appointment.  Afterward we went to Mi Rancho for a quick supper then did some shopping at Walmart.  Ina Sue took the children home and got them to bed while I went back to the office for several more hours of work.
I had to work on Saturday.  Seems like that is all I am doing these days!  Ina Sue spent the day with the children and did a little scrapbooking.  After we closed the store at 3:00, I came home and took the trash over to the dumpsters then the children and I worked for a while picking up pecans.  For supper Ina Sue fixed us a delicious ham/broccoli stromboli.    The evening was spent bathing children, playing them games and reading them stories.
